She holds an MBA and is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a doctoral candidate at Vanderbilt University. Theresa’s analytical leadership and data-driven decision-making ensure that Russell Capital operates with transparency, accountability, and long-term vision.
